Microsoft has released the Pre-release version of Microsoft Emulator for Windows 10 Mobile. This package is a desktop application that emulates a Windows 10 Mobile device when used in conjunction with Visual Studio 2015 Preview. It provides a virtualized environment in which you can debug and test universal apps without a physical device. It also provides an isolated environment for your application prototypes.

Dropbox app Now Available on Windows Phones and Tablets
Dropbox, Inc has launched the Dropbox app for Windows phones (WP) and Windows 8.1 tablets. These new apps offer all features the same as the desktop version. You can:
- Automatically back up your photos to Dropbox
- Mark files as favorites so you can get to them even when you don’t have an Internet connection
- Access both your personal and work accounts at once
- Pin any Dropbox folder to your Start screen for quick and easy access.
Download Windows Phone 8.1 Emulators
Microsoft has released the Windows Phone 8.1 Emulators. This package adds six emulator images to an existing installation of Visual Studio 2013 so you can can test how apps will work on phones running Windows Phone 8.1. (Requires Visual Studio 2013 with Update 2 or later.)
