FileZilla, the free FTP solution. Both a client and a server are available. FileZilla is open source software distributed free of charge under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

What's new in FileZilla 3.24?
FileZilla 3.24 comes with a number of new features, updates and improvements. Here are new features of FileZilla 3.24 (Since version 3.23.x):
New features:
- The context menu for remote file search results now has a "Copy URL(s) to clipboard" item
- Alt+number can now be used to switch between tabs in addition to Ctrl + number
- SFTP hostkey fingerprints are now also shown as base64 encoded SHA256 hashes to match the new format displayed by OpenSSH
