"God Mode" is actually pretty handy for power users. It is the feature that allows you to pull all of your PC's control panels into one standard class view folder. This tutorial will guide you to activate "God Mode" in Windows 8.1.
Here’s how:
Step 1: To get to the desktop, tap or click the Desktop tile on the Start screen, or press Windows logo key + D on your keyboard.
Step 2: Right-click an empty area of the desktop and select New, then select Folder.
Step 3: Copy and paste this for the new folder name:
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
Step 4: Once that is done, the folder's icon will change to resemble a control panel and will contain tons of control options.
Step 5: To open "GodMode", tap or click GodMode icon, you will find a number of hidden settings you can modify.
