Microsoft has released the Moodle and Office 365 Guidance. This download contains a guide and tools to integrate Office 365 accounts to Moodle using Active Directory, essentially a way to provision users in your Moodle from a separate database system automatically and give them a way to single sign on (login to Moodle without re-authenticating).

Microsoft has developed a plugin to integrate Moodle (also known as Learning Management System (LMS)) with Office 365 and SkyDrive. This allows teachers to create courses and assignments in Moodle that can be read, edited, and submitted by students in SharePoint.
