Product Keys
Windows Server 2012 R2 Preview now supports two types of activation:

Datacenter Product Key: JGXYY-7NMTC-MHKY3-QCC9B-VQRG7
Automatic Virtual Machine Activation (AVMA) Key for Datacenter Server: XVNRV-9HTX4-TH2JD-HVJQD-QRQWG

This AVMA key enables license activation for virtual machines based on the license state of the virtualization server (please see this whitepaper for more information).

System requirements

• Processor: 1.4 GHz 64-bit processor (minimum)
• Memory: 512 MB (minimum)
• Disk: 32 GB disk space.
• Computers with more than 16 GB of RAM will require more disk space for paging, hibernation, and dump files.
• Gigabit (10/100/1000baseT) Ethernet adapter.
• DVD drive (if you intend to install the operating system from DVD media)
• Other requirements: Super VGA (1024 x 768) or higher-resolution monitor, Keyboard and mouse (or other compatible pointing device), Internet access (fees may apply)
